Recent purchase of a BMW from Chris, first time having the pleasure of dealing with him too. Customer service exemplary from the first WhatsApp message to handing the car off to me. Car was immaculate and presented effectively as new despite being a 71 plate, and I mean immaculate, the detailing was top notch. Went well out of his way on several occasions to help out and clearly takes great pride in what he chooses to sell and how he operates. A genuine car enthusiast as well as a dealer and it showed through. Will 100% use him again next time. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

If I could award more stars I would. Peerless quality care taken by Chris to ensure our trade in and new car purchase went as smoothly as possible. The van on purchase day was presented in an immaculate condition. They made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation in recommending Parva cars. I would highly recommend Parva Cars. We were met by Chris at Ledbury Railway Station and driven to the Showroom, some 25-30 minutes away. Chris was chatty, friendly and very knowledgeable about the car I had bought. I bought a car unseen and untested. Chris kept in touch with me all week. When we arrived the car was well presented and in pristine practically brand new condition, for a 9 year old car. The other members of staff were also nice and friendly. Chris organised the car tax and insurance for us, and provided all the warranties. It was a really pleasant experience, with no hard sell or pressure. I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for a most wonderful car.

Nathen and the team from the moment I walked in went out of their way to help me. They allowed me to have a good test drive of the vehicle. Even loaning it to me to be able to take it home and show the Mrs. They were efficient in getting the vehicle ready for handover and no detail was missed. The car was cleaned and prepped, including new MOT and even going above to get some of the locks changed when the keys were lost. They have been excellent and will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

I placed a holding deposit to view the car a week later. All queries that I had were dealt with quickly on the phone and I received extra pictures and videos of the car ss I had requested. I travelled 110 miles to view the car, it was exactly as described and prepared to a fantastic standard. There was no sales pressure and was offered a test drive. The deal was done. The car drove faultlessly on my journey home. I would like to thank Chris (the boss), Nathan and Leighton for their time and patience both on the phone and in person. We purchased a Toyota Corolla from Chris at Parva Cars. Communication was great with Chris and Tom via Whatsapp, they answered all the questions we asked. The car was MOT'ed, put through the workshop and cleaned inside and out before we saw it. The price was very reasonable, we purchased it and drove it home the same day. We would highly recommend!

As a tourist visiting the area, we broke down opposite Parva cars. After 2 hours of waiting for the AA with 3 kids in the back, we gave up and asked them for help. They fitted us in straight away and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Amazing service! I only wish we had a garage like this near home.

We used Parva Cars after being let down by another garage when buying a pick up truck for the company.
From the first enquiry to the vehicle viewing and test drive to final pick up, the experience was all you you could ask for from a reputable garage. I was able to arrange a viewing really quickly and I was met by Nathen who showed me around the vehicle, was honest about every aspect and allowed me to take it out for a drive where he was warm, friendly and chatty throughout.
Once I'd paid the deposit, the vehicle was expertly prepared and when they found items that needed attention, they fixed at their cost and made me aware straight away. The final pick up was swift and efficient without diminishing the excellent service I'd become used to.
Later there was a mix up with extending the warranty- as I couldn't respond sooner, but Nathen worked hard to resolve it and managed to get it all sorted.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. The vehicles for sale were all in excellent condition and well maintained and each member of the team I met were warm and friendly.
Sometimes when buying a car, it can be a chore and you can feel like you're working hard to get a good deal and a reliable vehicle, but Parva looked after me throughout. I will look to buy vehicles from them again when the need arises.

I recently bought a BMW 640d from Parva Cars and I have to say the whole experience was superb from start to finish. The initial viewing was chilled and friendly with no hard sell or pressure. Chris and Steve were an absolute pleasure to deal with even when I had a hiccup with the car I was trading in!!! The 640 was presented in immaculate condition upon collection and Steve still had time for lengthly chat despite it being well past closing time! All in all I can not recommend these guys enough 10 out of 10!!!!

An excellent dealership who sell quality vehicles. I found them to be very knowledgeable on vehicle technicalities, make & models and very helpful with pre and post sales questions and or requests. There was no pressure from Prava Car's with regards to time scale when it came to viewing the Transit Custom and Chris was there to answer any questions about the vehicle. The van was everything as described within the advert, and with all the benefits of a solid warranty and brilliant after sales service I purchased this superb low mileage van. There are a lot of dealerships out there, but I can say with the experience of visiting many of them, that Prava Car's are up there with the very best.

Found the vehicle on autotrader for sale at parva cars. Spoke to Chris there about the vehicle,he gave the details required in a most straight forward honest manner, paid a deposit,asked for it serviced & new tyres fitting. He then delivered to my address 200 Kilometres away for a very fair fee. Turned Up exactly when arranged with the vehicle as described /photos. He then sorted payment,tax,vehicle registration etc whilst supping my tea ! ! Buying this used hilux was an absolute pleasure from this gent and will do business with him again in the future.

I visited cars website first of all meeting D, he was extremely helpful. I went to test drive a mini countryman automatic - unfortunately it wasn't the car fore me. However whilst there I spotted a completely different car, a Dacia Duster Manual, so decided to give it a go. To my surprise I loved it. I had a VW to part exchange which meant I would be due some money back. During negotiations I spoke to C by telephone, he was helpful and we negotiated a fair price for my VW. C was also informative, friendly, knowledgeable, easy and very helpful when I went to collect the Dacia, the whole transaction was a positive experience. I've also been provided with what appears to be an extensive warranty. Should the need arise I would definitely buy another car from C and would certainly recommend Cars Website Lydney. Thanks for a great buying experience Chris - In my view much preferable to a "main dealer".
